Careers

At our firm, we are always seeking new partners in the profession, people who are not just looking for a job, but for meaning in their practice of law. What sets us apart is not just the work we do, but the way we do it. We offer something rare in today’s professional world: respect and pride. These are not just values we talk about; they are values we live by. We believe every sincere professional in this field deserves both, and it is this belief that defines our culture and makes us different.

Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just shifting your trajectory, we offer tailored arrangements to match your experience and ambition. These include full-time employment, project based collaborations, paralegal work, and partnership opportunities for aligned and committed legal professionals. We are flexible but principled and we expect the same from those who work with us.

If you’re interested in being part of a place that values your work as much as your worth, write to us with a brief professional background and a note on what you're seeking. Please use the subject line “CAREER” in your email.

Internship

We believe in mentoring, not managing. That’s why we take internships seriously and only offer them when we are confident we can give you the time, attention, and guidance you deserve. We do not believe in token internships or empty certificates. If you join us as an intern, you will learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully.

Internships at our firm are rare and selective, because we believe every intern should walk out with real skills and a real sense of confidence in the profession. If we feel we’re not in a position to mentor at a particular time, we don’t onboard. That’s our commitment to quality for both you and us.

To apply, send your CV, a brief note on why you want to intern with us, and your law school name and current year. Use the subject line “INTERNSHIP” in your application

Career Counseling

We are proud to be a firm built by first-generation advocates, people who have navigated the profession without a safety net or a last name to rely on. We know what it’s like to feel uncertain, overwhelmed, and out of place. And because we know that feeling so well, we’ve made it a part of our mission to offer free, no strings attached career counseling to aspiring lawyers and law students.

This service is entirely pro bono and subject to our availability. All we ask is that you take it as seriously as we do. Whether you're confused about your options, struggling with direction, or just need honest guidance from someone who’s been there, we’re here.

To request a session, send us your law degree name, your law school, and current year with the subject line “Career Counseling”.
