Devansh is a first-generation advocate based in South Delhi, known not just for his legal acumen but also for his passion for motorcycles. When he’s not in court, you’ll likely find him cruising the early morning roads of Delhi and Gurgaon on his Harley Davidson with his biker group. With hands-on experience in litigation across the District Courts, Delhi High Court, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Devansh has carved a niche in non-traditional and complex areas of law such as anti-dumping investigations, customs appeals, and debt recovery. Just like he maintains and rides his Harley Davidson with precision and care, he approaches every legal matter with the same dedication and attention to detail. He believes that both machines and legal cases demand discipline, balance, and control. Devansh is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Indian Law Institute, aiming to broaden his scope and offer more comprehensive legal solutions.

With experience at the Prosecution Division of the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, she has represented the government in complex matters before various district courts and legal forums. Her journey through the legal field led her to discover a deep passion for Intellectual Property Rights. Today, she focuses on trademark registrations, copyright protection, and design filings, helping startups, educational institutions, and creators protect what they’ve built. Her mission is simple: to make IP protection accessible, strategic, and stress-free. Beyond the courtroom and paperwork, Surbhi finds joy in sketching, painting, and sometimes teaching, where her creativity meets her calm. She brings the same care and attention to her legal work as she does to her canvas.
